About OlivEU Organic

OlivEU Organic is a three-year promotional programme, co-financed by the European Union under Regulation (EU) No 1144/2014. Its objective is to highlight the authentic taste and the rich heritage of European organic table olives, as well as to increase their recognisability, demand, and exports in the target markets of France and Poland.

The objectives of the OlivEU Organic campaign are to inform and familiarise journalists and, more broadly, the Mass Media, professionals, and consumers with:

  • European varieties of organic table olives from Greece
  • The strict European organic farming systems applied in their cultivation
  • The organoleptic characteristics of organic table olives
  • Their use in everyday diet and gastronomy
